My next project is finally nearing release. More information will be made available in the coming days and weeks. Here's what has been shared so far:
It's a trilogy. This story is too big for a single book.
It isn't connected to The Dinosaur Four. The new story is completely separate, though fans of The Dinosaur Four will find much to like here. These books are filled with man-eating monsters, page-turning action, mystery, horror, and adventure.
It's a post-apocalyptic science fiction adventure. The Dinosaur Four was about a small group of everyday people struggling to survive an isolated event. This new story is about a small group of everyday people struggling to survive the end of the world.
It's for adults. These new books contain violence, profanity, mature themes, and adult situations.
All three books have been written. I want readers to feel confident that they won't be left hanging. I'm hoping to release each subsequent book six to nine months after the previous one.
Book 1 has been edited. It's completely finished.
Book 2 is currently under review by my editor.
Book 3 has been through countless drafts after recieving feedback from critique groups and beta readers. It's ready for editing.
These books have a fantastic editor. I tracked down the editor who worked on some of the books that inspired this trilogy and hired her to help me polish this story. She provided insights that helped me find the book’s rhythm and a sense of balance. Her work elevated mine.
More information is coming soon. I'm working with an artist to finalize the cover design, and trying to lock down dates with an audiobook narrator. Once those tasks are complete, I'll be ready to annouce the title, the release date, and more.
